This is essentially an 8-week course, but we prefer to think of it as a guided journey. We have a holistic approach to styling, and we dig deep with journalling and analysing of our shopping habits. Only when we find our own answers can we stop the vicious cycle of consuming fashion. We created this to help encourage more intentional shopping habits. This is ideal if you are a slow fashion beginner or well on your journey. If you are curious about building a capsule wardrobe or want to define your style this guide is for you. Once the course begins you will receive new week content every 7 days. You are free to complete the lessons at your own pace when best suits you.

Week 1: Wear your values
We dive right in with the ugly truth about fashion. We share stories about who is paying the true cost for cheap fashion. We explore and question where our style inspiration comes from.
Week 2: Style Identity
We believe finding your true style identity to be thee most important factor when changing the relationship we have with our clothes.
Week 3: Define your style
We dig deep this week to help you discover your true Style Identity. We explore creative ways to find the style that speaks to you and reflects our style and personality.
Week 4: Fabric
The ugly truth about synthetic fabric and micro fibre pollution. We talk about synthetic and natural fibres and give you a unbiased breakdown of the pros and cons of each fabric.
Week 5: Building a capsule wardrobe
How to choose the perfect capsule pieces to add to your collection. We talk about the important of elevated basics and creating a capsule that is personal to you.
Week 6: An Intentional Wardrobe
How to analyse your shopping habits and mindfully declutter. We explore creative ways to shop your wardrobe and to rethink your unwanted clothes.
Week 7: Wishlist
How to create a wishlist for intentional shopping habits and tips for shopping sustainably online. We look at many ways to reinvent and refresh your existing wardrobe pieces.
Week 8: Creative Change
We believe that loved clothes last, we share the best ways to care for your clothes to extend their life. We get creative and inspire you with clever altering and DIY hacks to breathe new life in tired pieces.
We complete our 8-week journey by sharing our Irish Slow Fashion directory.
